We're getting married!

We first met in 2019 in Center City. 3 years worth of memories later, roaming through the Baths of the BVI, getting caught in the rain on the streets of Paris, keeping (Jenn) calm at a Flyers game, decorating for oh so many holidays, building out the menu in our kitchen, admiring books of listed allergens in the pubs of London, love lost and love gained, gardens laid and rooms painted, and hanging with Huxley (dog) and Finn (cat) around the house, we’re excited to say “I Do” this August.

In May of 2021, we took an afternoon stroll through the Azalea Garden at the Museum of Art. We walked along familiar ground, as this was where we ended up on our second date. Jenn did most of the talking, which may not come as a surprise to many of you. Ricky’s nerves got the best of him that day and he did a lot of listening. We had been reminiscing, looking out over boathouse row, when Ricky proposed. And yet nerves still got the best of him. We laughed, we cried, and then we called our moms.

We’re beyond thrilled that we get to be with you all this summer to celebrate the love we’ve found in each other and the love we have for all of you. We hope to see you on our dance floor, regardless of whether your nerves get the best of you.
